Treatments

Historically, sleep has been a field specific to respiratory therapists. Unfortunately, sleep-related knowledge is not well developed in the various college programs.

In order to meet the very high standards set by a company like La Clef du sommeil, both in terms of quality of service and knowledge, every respiratory therapist who joins our network must undergo over 200 hours of training when they are hired.

In 2014, we received an award that demonstrates that your safety is at the heart of our concerns. Over the years, La Clef du sommeil has received several awards.

However, our concern to provide you with impeccable quality of service has led us to review our processes.
As a result, we are very proud to inform you that La Clef du sommeil has recently been awarded the highest recognition by Accreditation Canada. Our expertise has been recognized with “MENTION d’HONNEUR”. This high-level recognition is awarded to an organization meeting more than 95% of the standards.

With over 10 years’ experience and ongoing training in the field of sleep disorders constantly at the heart of our operations, we can assure you that you’re in good hands.

Screening tests

In our four branches, we offer screening tests and a meeting with a certified respiratory therapist to determine your needs. Screening tests are performed in the clinic, and fees apply.

It is also possible to undergo a laboratory test to qualify your sleep and detect any disorders preventing you from getting the most out of your sleep. During this test, the person simply sleeps. Their sleep is analyzed and scrutinized using various measuring instruments and observation. To do this, the customer must spend a full night at our Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby branch (head office). It’s a highly instructive experience, as it provides a clear indication of the presence and nature of one or more sleep disorders.
