Home sleep testing

Cardiorespiratory polygraphy (CRP) can detect sleep apnea. It is an outpatient test.

Our offer includes a 45-minute consultation with a respiratory therapist specializing in sleep to prepare you for the home sleep test. Your current symptoms are updated and evaluated and the prescription is validated to ensure that the test meets your needs. The installation instructions for the home sleep test are explained. The test has seven (7) recording channels, including:

• An ECG (electrocardiogram) to assess cardiac arrhythmia, Measurement of nasal and oral output to evaluate breathing, Measurement of thoracic and abdominal movements using respiratory inductive plethysmography to evaluate breathing, Oximetry to evaluate the oxygen rate during sleep.
